Mechatronical System Simulation Experiment Teaching System Based on Matlab/Simulink

In order to enrich the experimental teaching content of the mechatronical system simulation course, based on the existing problems in teaching and combined with teaching practice, teaching materials have been integrated, professional practical skills training has been highlighted and the cultivation of students’ practical and innovative abilities has been strengthened, a design of mechatronical system model simulation methods that integrates and compares multiple methods has been proposed, which can be used for experimental teaching of any mechatronical system simulation. Taking a suspension crane as a example, multiple experimental teaching methods have been designed, a control scheme has been proposed to reduce or eliminate the sway of wire ropes, providing a thought for improving the control system of hoisting machinery.
