摘要

Elevator brakes, especially high-speed elevator brakes, are safety components that ensure reliable braking and prevent accidental movement of the elevator car. By using multi-source sensing data fusion observation technology, the electromechanical coupling sensing data features of integrated evolutionary classification are obtained and stored in a unified parallel manner. Based on the feature data, the brake performance degradation trend is tracked, and a dynamic processing method for brake degradation twin data with multiple working conditions is constructed, To provide early warning and prediction of brake failures, ensuring the safety of life and property for passengers.
