Long Runner Glue Supply System Based on Fuzzy PID Control

For the packaging of various parts in the automotive and electronics industries, a precision automatic glue supply machine control system is required. Due to the nonlinearity, pure hysteresis, and time-varying characteristics that exist in the quantitative glue supply control of long runners.Considering these influencing factors, in order to speed up the system response and improve the control accuracy of the system, this paper combines the fuzzy control and PID control algorithms in the long runner glue supply control system, and the fuzzy PID control can realize the self-tuning of the PID parameters. The results of simulation experiments show that the control algorithm can obtain a more satisfactory control effect than the traditional PID, and the stability of the glue supply control system has been significantly improved.
