摘要

Due to the presence of surface texture, the oil film thickness is uneven, and the Reynolds number varies greatly in the whole flow field, forming a mixed flow state of turbulent and laminar flows. The shear stress in the fluid flow field is going to change, and the assumption that there is no slip at the interface between the bearing and oil film may no longer be applicable. Based on the successful application of a shark skin structure model in drag reduction, this paper establishes a texture model according to the shield scale structure of shark skin and considers the influences of turbulence and slip length. This structure is used in the design of the bush surface of journal bearings. It turns out that the shark skin texture can improve bearing capacity and reduce friction in the oil film convergence area.
