Energy Characteristics Signal Preprocessing of Vibratory Roller for Road Roller

In order to obtain the energy characteristics of vibratory roller for the road roller, different sensors data are collected according to the types of energy consumption characteristics. The vibration acceleration signals and abnormal data signals are processed by using the wavelet transform and arithmetic mean filtering methods to eliminate the effects of strong vibrations and dusty environments. The findings demonstrate that the processed data closely approximates the actual values, effectively mitigating the impact of noise signals on the accuracy of the vibratory road roller’s working phase identification model.
