Calibration Error Correction of Stereo Micro-Vision System Based on Novel Coded Points
摘要
This paper is concerned with the current lack of special calibration equipment and methods for stereo micro-vision system, upon which a deviation correction strategy for stereo microscopic visual calibration based on novel coded points is proposed. By fully utilizing the different attributes of target feature points and integrating different forms of feature entities such as solid small circles, solid large circles, concentric circles, and encoded circle marker points, the accuracy of center coordinate detection is improved. Meanwhile, it is also convenient for encoding, ensuring the accuracy of encoding sequence, and providing data support for achieving better calibration results of microscopic vision systems. Furthermore, the calibration deviation correction method of the micro-vision system has been optimized, further improving the calibration accuracy of the camera's internal and external parameters, and enhancing the measurement ability of the micro-vision system.
