Design and Characteristic Analysis of Ultrasonic Mass Transfer Device for Flotation
摘要
Ultrasonic mass transfer device is the core component of ultrasonic interventional flotation. Based on the piezoelectric driving principle and the application of ultrasonic suspension technology, a piezoelectric transducer structure (ultrasonic mass transfer device) is designed through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the device. The modal analysis of the device is carried out by using finite element analysis software to obtain the characteristic parameters of vibration mode, vibration frequency and output amplitude. In order to further verify the characteristics of the design device, a test system for the device is built to test it. In this paper, the inherent characteristic parameters of the ultrasonic mass transfer device are revealed by changing the shape, thickness, resonance frequency, excitation voltage and other parameters of the ultrasonic mass transfer device, which provides guidance for the improvement of the ultrasonic mass transfer device.
