Advanced plant rearing operations and reasonable developments are required to boost crop production and support better innovative techniques. To achieve these goals, it is necessary to acquire deep understanding onto soil microbial communities, plant-microbiome collaboration, and their steadiness during the natural transformation. Individual microorganisms are known as the vital controllers of microbial communities. Microbial networks, having beneficial characteristics go about, are a robust tool to host the supportable agronomics by diminishing fertilizers use and fighting plant disorders for crop production improvement. The capability of microflora is to inspire plant development, mitigate stresses, and further develop plant robustness. Different soil inoculants are generated to make field progress a reality; this is possible via the planning of an effective microbial consortium or the design of microflora with useful attributes. Purposely, the present chapter summarizes the effect of microorganisms on crop yields, disease resistance, and nutrient cycle. The investigation of new approaches for microflora designing to attain sustainable cultivation is also denoted in this chapter.
