Eyelid Ptosis

Ptosis along with all its subtypes is a field that has captured the interest of oculoplastic surgeons all over the world due to the varied treatment options and surgical outcomes. In this chapter, we aim to discuss the management of six interesting cases of ptosis, namely simple congenital ptosis, aponeurotic ptosis, Marcus-Gunn Jaw-winking ptosis, blepharophimosis, traumatic ptosis, and chronic progressive external ophthalmoplegia. The management of each is unique to the inherent features of the disease and possible complications have been discussed in detail.
