A Considerative Analysis of the Current Classification and Application Trends of Brain–Computer Interface
摘要
With the use of a brain–computer interface, one can use brainwaves to control an external peripheral (BCI). It functions as a link between the brain and external technology. It is also known as the “clever brain.” BCI availability and usage have rapidly increased during the past few years. It has sparked the growth of more of its applications in numerous industries. There are many medical uses for this device, including the treatment of paralysis. Brain signal gathering, analysis, and translation are all steps taken by BCI chips before converting them into commands for output devices, which subsequently initiate the required operations. The ability to analyze brain signals is one of the BCI device’s most exciting aspects. Depending on how far apart they are BCI implementations can be minimally invasive, highly invasive, or extremely invasive in terms of the electrodes and the brain tissue. Future technology will greatly improve our ability to comprehend human emotions and thoughts even when they are not really expressed.
