Model Empirical Chapter—The University of Hong Kong

In this chapter we will set an example of using the combined instrument of SLEQ and CCSS as the quality assurance tools, using data from The University of Hong Kong (HKU), for the following chapters in different contexts. Specifically, we will briefly summarize the first chapter at the beginning, and explain how the results are going to be connected with the context of each university. After introducing the quality assurance context in Hong Kong and HKU, we will talk about the analyses we used for all chapters and the rationale of choosing them.
