Administrative Right to Know

According to Professor Louis Henkin, today is an age of rights, and among the various claims of rights, the administrative right to know is increasingly receiving attention as a new right. In the first half of 2003, the Chinese people realized the importance of the administrative right to know and the urgent need to establish a corresponding legal system.
