Analysis of Fault Capability of Seismic Data Identification
摘要
With the continuous improvement of exploration technology, the oil and gas reservoirs formed by small fault blocks and their hidden traps have become the focus of research, and the accuracy of structural interpretation is becoming higher and higher, and fault interpretation is one of the key tasks, and the accuracy of interpretation directly affects the accuracy of the structure. Taking the low permeability P oil layer in a certain area as an example, this paper theoretically analyzes the fault response of seismic data at different fault distances in different thickness strata by forward simulation method, analyzes the seismic response characteristics of each thickness formation at different frequencies through wedge model, and analyzes the fault identification ability by combining the two factors of in-phase axial width and staggered time difference. Combined with the fault point of well drilling, the research conclusion is further verified, and finally according to the main frequency of earthquakes and the thickness of the formation within the range of each work area, the fault identification ability of each seismic work area is determined, which provides a basis for the interpretation of faults in each seismic work area, and provides guidance and reference for the interpretation and analysis of faults of the same type of oil layer.
