Research and Application of Key Technologies of Fixed Angle Perforation

Fixed-angle perforation technology, which can make each projectile in gun eject in the direction parallel to reservoir at the set angle, can be organically combined with fixed-angle perforation technology to realize a new technology of parallel perforation ejection and reservoir while avoiding fault perforation. Through the development of fixed angle perforator and matching positioning, orientation and detection system, the perforating effect and orientation accuracy are guaranteed. In terms of construction method, directional and self-rotating perforation technology of oil pipe conveying and directional in inclined well can be used to construct the oblique angle between reservoir and well bore. This technology can effectively improve the productivity of oil wells in medium and low permeability reservoirs and meet the needs of development and transformation of low permeability, thin and poor layers and special wells. Compared with conventional perforation, the strength of fluid recovery is increased by more than 10% and good application results are achieved.
