Application of the New 102 Ultra-Deep Penetration Perforator in the FX-1 Well

In the development of unconventional reservoirs, perforation will not only serve as a precursor process for fracturing, but will also provide a pathway for subsequent oil and gas exploitation. At present, the perforation construction mainly uses two kinds of perforators, type 89 deep penetration and isoartic aperture, and sees a better application effect. In view of the difficulty of fracturing and sand plugging in some wells, which led to the inability to achieve perforation gun string pumping, Daqing Oilfield explored the application of a new type 102 ultra-deep penetration perforation projectile to reduce the surface construction pressure and improve the production effect. This paper mainly introduces the design, performance index, target detection and application implementation of the new 102 ultra-deep penetration perforator, and conducts a preliminary analysis of the application effect, which will provide reference experience for the optimization of perforation schemes of other tight oil and gas wells and even shale oil and gas.
