Application of the Coupling Model of Gas Reservior, Wellbore and Restrictor in Sulige Gas Field

摘要

In sulige gas field, throttles are generally installed downhole, which can reduce wellhead pressure on the one hand and prevent hydrate formation on the other hand. To accurately predict and judge downhole choke after well in different stages of production of gas well production performance, and solve the production system and downhole throttling production mode does not fit, the use of gas gas well production in a dynamic and static data. Considering the interaction between gas flow, wellbore multiphase pipe flow and throttle nozzle flow, the law of fluid accumulation in throttled gas well in Sulige block is analyzed, and the coupling mathematical model of gas reservoir, wellbore and throttle is established. The integrated dynamic simulation software of gas reservoir wellbore is developed by using MATLAB language to solve the theoretical model, which can realize the purpose of simulating the fluid dynamics of gas well with choke. By analyzing the production performance of the throttling well in Sulige block, the application results of the integrated coupling simulation method show that: The predicted liquid accumulation time at the upper and lower end of the choke is in good agreement with the actual production situation, which provides theoretical support for gas field production management and system adjustment of efficient and stable production, provides decision-making basis for accurately determining the fishing time of the choke, and maximizes the production potential of the gas well.
