Analysis of Influencing Factors of Liquid Production
摘要
In the late development stage of water flooding, wells in the oilfield are high water cut. Problems and contradictions such as highly dispersed remaining oil distribution and imperfect injection production structure caused by imperfect well patterns are becoming increasingly prominent. It is more and more difficult to stabilize oil and control water for oilfields. It is how to optimize the injection production structure and determine the liquid production to improve the injection production ratio that is the key to achieve stable production of oilfield. Currently, research on liquid production often uses the relationship among liquid production, production index, and producing pressure difference to determine the working institution of production wells, which is difficult to achieve the best development effect of oilfields. Therefore, we combine reservoir engineering methods and numerical simulation methods to carry out the study on liquid production at the high water cut stage. Five parameters, including reservoir permeability, permeability variation coefficient, fluid API gravity, well spacing, and water cut, are selected as influencing factors. The influence law of each influencing factor on liquid production is determined by using single factor analysis, and then dimensionless processing of influence degree of each factor is carried out to obtain a dimensionless plate of liquid production. The results show that the order of the influence degree of the factors on liquid production is water cut, permeability variation coefficient, well spacing, and reservoir permeability,. By using this dimensionless plate, the liquid productions of 4 production wells are adjusted, achieving a daily oil production increase of 835bbl/d. This method is of great significance for optimizing injection production structure, improving oilfield recovery, and achieving stable production in high water cut stage of oilfields.
