Research and Practice of Integrated Precision Development of Geological Engineering Based on Single Sand Body Structure
摘要
The low permeability Z block has entered the stage of high water cut development. With the deepening of adjustments, the distribution of remaining oil is becoming increasingly scattered, the degree of utilization of thin oil layers is still low, the underground flow field is complex and variable, and the difficulty of controlling decline and tapping potential for efficiency is further increased,Conventional reservoir descriptions and remaining oil tapping methods are no longer able to meet the needs of precise development at this stage. This article summarizes the genetic characteristics of four types of single sand bodies, namely superimposed river channels, branch river channels, single river channels, and sheet shaped sand, through the identification of internal interlayers and three-dimensional anatomy of single sand bodies, and describes the internal structural morphology of river channels; On the basis of the black oil model, the geometric streamline integration method and potential energy calculation were applied to form a multi perspective residual oil characterization technique of “oil, flow, potential” for a single sand body, clarifying the remaining oil reserves, water flow advantage channels, and flow field distribution characteristics between sand bodies. Based on the analysis of sand body structure, remaining oil and flow field, the geological engineering integrated development mode of “injection and production in the same well—profile control and water plugging—sidetracking horizontal well” is explored. Research practice has shown that the key to the same well injection and production technology is to use graded pipe columns vertically to achieve effective separation of high and low pressure systems, and to carry out transfer of new and old water bodies on the plane based on flow field distribution and water injection efficiency; The lateral drilling horizontal well must meet the boundary of inflow displacement greater than 60 m, an angle of 150°–180° between the lateral drilling direction and the connecting direction of the crude oil well, and a horizontal section length of 120 m–180 m; When the coefficient of variation of flow potential within the layer is greater than 0.6, the implementation of profile control and flooding has a better effect. After the integrated precision development of geological engineering, the flow potential distribution between sand bodies tends to be balanced, the decline is controlled, and the production degree of thin oil layers is significantly improved.
