Research on the Cause of Sheet Casing Damage of Transition Zone 0-I Interlayer in the East of X6X Based on Computer Technology

With the development of oil field, casing damage has become a major problem affecting the stable and high production of oil field, casing damage will significantly reduce the effect of oil field development and increase the cost of oil field development. Preventing and postponing casing damage is beneficial to prolong the service life of oil well and guarantee the economic benefit of oil field development. Only by analyzing the reasons clearly can we control the spread of casing loss at the source, ensure the balance of injection-production to the maximum extent, and thus improve the ultimate oil recovery of the block. At present, the cause analysis of casing damage mainly focuses on the mechanism level, while the research on inducement and influencing factors of casing damage, especially quantitative and scientific research, is still insufficient, which is not conducive to finding out the cause of casing damage fundamentally [1]. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the causes of casing damage by scientific and efficient means. On this basis, this paper studies the casing damage diagnosis method based on computer technology by analyzing the types and main hazards of casing damage with the help of computer technology, so as to quantitatively and scientifically give the causes and preventive measures for the damage of the east of X6X Sa 0–1 transition zone casing. It has certain guiding significance for relieving casing damage of interlayer and other non-reservoir parts, and provides the latest direction for effectively controlling casing damage spread.
