Statistical Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the Risk of Limited Space Operation Based on BowTie Model

In order to control the risk of confined space operations and reduce the accidents of confined space operations, this paper analyzes the risk factors and control measures of confined space operations based on the BowTie model, in this paper, the risk of confined space operation is identified, prevented, slowed down and controlled by establishing the Bowtie model diagram of confined space operation accident, so as to make a positive response to the dangerous situation that may appear in the confined space operation. The study shows that the BowTie model of accident in confined space can visually display the accident risk caused by the out of control operation in confined space and the measures to be taken, so it can direct the whole process risk management and control effectively, to reduce the loss and influence of accidents in confined space is helpful to improve the safety management of confined space, and it also provides a new way for enterprises to investigate and deal with such accidents from the overall perspective.
