摘要

Accurately identifying the distribution of advantageous seepage channels is of great significance for optimizing production strategies in the later stages of reservoir development. Starting from the concept of advantageous seepage channels, this article proposes a characterization index based on the essence of advantageous seepage channels, namely “oil water seepage coefficient”. By sharply increasing the inflection point in the curve shape of the relationship between oil water seepage coefficient and water content, a quantitative identification method for advantageous seepage channels is established. On this basis, combined with the self-developed time-varying reservoir numerical simulation model, the development laws and influencing factors of dominant seepage channels were studied. And the recognition method was applied to a certain block in the Gaoshangbao Oilfield. The research results showed that the dominant seepage channels were mainly distributed in the northern part of the reservoir, and the development area became larger as the development progressed; Within any major oil bearing layer, the development area of dominant seepage channels from top to bottom is increasing. This method achieves quantitative characterization of dominant seepage channels in high water cut oil fields.
