Exploration and Enlightenment of High Efficiency Stratified Fracturing Technology for Vertical Well Exploration in Qinghai Oilfield

In recent years, the exploration work in Qinghai Oilfield has gradually gone deeper into unconventional fields. In view of the prominent contradictions of the traditional “single-layer oil test transformation-up-and-back” mode in the super-thick shale reservoir, such as long oil test cycle, high pipe friction and limited fracturing scale, the feasibility demonstration has been carried out to promote the staged fracturing technology of soluble bridge plug casing from horizontal Wells to vertical Wells for oil exploration and testing. The technical route of “oil test transformation in one step” for multiple test reservoirs is defined. By sorting out the difficulties in process improvement, six aspects of process improvement methods are put forward. Taking Yingxiong Ling shale oil Ganchaigou shale reservoir as the research block, the pilot test was carried out for 3 Wells and 18 formations, and the application effect was remarkable. At present, the high efficiency test stratified fracturing technology for vertical exploration Wells in Qinghai oilfield has been preliminatively explored and formed. The next step is to promote the high efficiency test and reform practice, and systematically carry out field application from three aspects: well structure reverse design, fine optimization of fracturing scheme and combined production dynamic monitoring means.
