Research and Application of Refracturing Technology in Low Permeability Oilfield

  • Lu Cui

摘要

Refracturing is an important means of increasing production and efficiency in low-permeability oil fields. With the expansion of the scale of the measures, the physical properties of potential wells and layers become worse, the water content increases, the implementation ratio increases, and the oil increase effect becomes worse. It is urgent to explore and research new technical measures to improve the oil increase and input-output ratio of the measures. This article analyzes and evaluates the adaptability of different fracturing techniques in low-permeability oilfields, and proposes a set of repeated fracturing transformation strategies suitable for different types of blocks in low-permeability oilfields. With the optimization of efficient fracturing process design, the effect of single well transformation can be improved. Research has shown that for low-permeability oil fields targeting Class I and Class II blocks, the next step should be to scale up the application of multi branch fractures and small fracture network fracturing processes within fractures, and to cooperate with the research and development of water control and oil increase transformation processes; For inefficient wells in three types of blocks and tight oil blocks, the next step should focus on exploring the “fracturing + energy replenishment” potential tapping process, and cooperate with the application of prominent combination potential tapping processes. Through analysis and research, different types of blocks in low-permeability oil fields have been formed, and the countermeasures and process optimization for repeated fracturing have provided direction for similar oil fields, which can significantly improve the effectiveness of measures and increase oil contribution.
