Application of Fine Seismic Interpretation Technique in Sedimentary Microfacies Characterization of Block A
摘要
Block A of an oil field is located in a fault depression. The fault depression, located in the middle-north part of a graben in Songliao basin, is a first-order negative structural unit, which is a long and narrow fault depression controlled by the east and west faults, narrow in the south, open in the north, low in the south and high in the north. The target layer has the following characteristics: the thickness varies greatly, the burial is deep, and the coal seams is developed in the upper part. The shielding effect of coal seams makes the study of target layer more difficult. Combined with the research results of predecessors, the whole structural features of the fault depression are fully understood. The reflection characteristics of the study area are defined by well-seismic interpretation combined with fine structure interpretation. By using seismic inversion reservoir prediction technology, we have carried out a fine reservoir prediction study of the target layer and quantitatively predicted the distribution characteristics of sand body. In addition, the sedimentary microfacies of the target layer is characterized by well-seismic combination method. It provides reference and basis for favorable target layer optimization and well location demonstration of target reservoir.
