摘要

This article provides a method and process for establishing a permeability model using nuclear magnetic data. The proportion of macropores (MP) can be determined by using capillary pressure data and then be calculated by combining nuclear magnetic logging and conventional logging data. A new parameter, macropore porosity (MP*Por), can be derived by multiply MP by porosity. Based on the analysis and study of the rock types, a permeability interpretation model was constructed through the good correlation between the macropore porosity (MP*Por) and permeability. The permeability calculation model was ultimately established by selecting the optimal function via trying different regression methods. This article is a comprehensive method proposed to effectively solve the problem of characterizing permeability based on a systematic investigation of current mainstream methods. Being able to effectively, scientifically, and accurately characterize the distribution pattern of permeability field is of great significance for evaluating oil reservoirs, calculating geological reserves, dynamic analysis, and numerical simulation.
