摘要

Limited by the quality of seismic data, it is difficult to accurately depict the spatial distribution of volcanic channels based on conventional seismic coherence technology. We conducted a fine characterization method for volcanic channels in oilfield A, which combines dip-guided filtering seismic data denoising technology, seismic matching pursuit spectrum decomposition technology and seismic coherence technology. First of all, we apply dip-guided filtering method to weaken seismic random noise, improving seismic data signal-to-noise ratio and seismic breakpoint identification accuracy, and volcanic channel boundary information. Secondly, a series of seismic frequency dividers are generated by matching pursuit spectrum decomposition technology, frequency dividers with different center frequencies are extracted, the dominant frequency dividers that can clearly represent the volcanic channels are selected by comparing different seismic frequency dividers and coherence slices of the target layer. Finally, the coherent threshold is set for the optimal frequency division coherence cube further to improve the characterization accuracy of the volcanic channel boundary and realize the secondary noise reduction of the frequency division coherence cube. The analysis results show that this technology can improve the boundary description accuracy of the volcanic channels, effectively characterize the spatial distribution characteristics of volcanic channels, provide data support for subsequent oilfield reserves calculation and well location design optimization, and effectively avoid drilling risks.
