Oil-Water Distribution Laws and Main Controlling Factors of FY Oil Layer in X Area, D Oilfield

FY oil layer in X area, D oilfield is the typical medium porosity and extra-low permeability reservoirs, which are characterized by the well-developed oil-water layer, complex relationship and unclear controlling factors of the oil-water distribution. Therefore, the main aspects were analyzed on the basis of identifying the oil-water distribution laws in this block. The results show that the FY oil layer is mainly composed of fault-lithology composite reservoirs and fault reservoirs, and oil and gas accumulation is mainly controlled by the source and migration path of oil and gas, as well as the types of faults and sedimentation. The oil and gas in the FY oil layer in X area, D oilfield come from two sources: northwest and southwest. The intensity of oil generation and discharge in the northwest is greater, so the average thickness of oil bearing sandstone in a single well in the anticline axis is greater; Faults control the layers and locations of oil and gas accumulation; Among various sedimentary microfacies types, the oil layer and oil-water layer are mainly distributed in the distributary channel and subaqueous distributary channel facies zones, while the water layer and dry layer are mainly distributed in the sheet sand and thin sand facies zones.
