The chapter touches upon the agencies that set up the rules and regulation and standards associated with transportation and movement of animals across international borders. It talks about international guidelines and the veterinarians’ responsibilities in disease control and safeguarding public health. Toward the end, different certifications and documents have been listed that may be required before transportation.
