Re-written Songs, Musics, and Dubbing for Anime / 5: Latin America

This chapter is an accurate historical survey on the artists, producers, fandom, musical qualities, and lyrics of the songs made for the local editions of many celebrated anime series in various Latin American countries. The chapter’s discourse is corroborated by a quantity of interviews and quotes from old pieces of outreach press that again give voice to those producers, singers, and composers who, in the Spanish-speaking countries of the Americas (but some attention is devoted to Brazil too), contributed to make the success of anime even more striking, thanks to the insertion of voices and songs of local taste.
