The Need for an Integrated Evaluation Model
摘要
Human resource (HR) research is a multifaceted field that encompasses various aspects such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee well-being. It also involves complex interventions and interventions that occur over a period of time (Brewster et al. in International human resource management. Kogan Page Publishers, 2016). To capture the comprehensive effects of these diverse areas and understand the long-term effects and sustainability of these interventions, an integrated evaluation model allows for a holistic assessment of the outcomes and impacts (Uitto in New Dir. Eval. 2019:49–67, 2019).
