The Innovative Model of the Public Energy Saving and Low Carbon Incentive Mechanism of the Carbon GSP System
摘要
The carbon is an incentive mechanism designed to add value to the energy-saving and carbon-reduction behaviors of residents and businesses. As the climate continues to change, it not only has a huge impact on the global ecological environment, but also has a series of adverse effects on the economic development of various countries in the world and even the living environment of human beings. This impact is long-term and is spreading to the world. At present, the academic community is very concerned about how to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and how to make the problem of global climate change no longer aggravate. In the context of the carbon GSP, this paper analyzes the current situation of public participation in energy conservation and low carbon. The results show that the CO2 emissions of residents and industrial production continue to rise, and the per capita CO2 emissions are also increasing. The public should play a decisive role in the innovative model of energy-saving and low-carbon incentives. However, the majority of the public believes that the government is the main driver of incentives. Therefore, only by raising the public’s low-carbon awareness can we fundamentally reduce carbon emissions.
