Minimizing CO and CO2 Emissions by Modelling the Distribution of Energy Consumed in Industrial Enterprises

This article deals with the problem of minimizing carbon emissions and allocating the energy consumed by industrial enterprises. The study takes four regions, analyzes the energy demand of each enterprise, develops a mathematical model to minimize the carbon emissions of the different enterprises and proposes an optimal energy allocation structure. Based on the authors’ previous studies, the dispersion of pollutant emissions from industrial production is further analyzed. The modelling of the dispersion of pollutant emissions was carried out in relation to realistic natural and anthropogenic environmental factors, showing the relationship between pollutant concentration levels and dispersion distances. Based on the air quality classification criteria published by the World Environment Protection Organization, the study shows the possibility of developing a dynamic system to regulate the dispersion of pollutant concentrations and to establish regional cut-offs for environmental disturbance risk levels to in-form the population. The results of the study balance the cost of energy within regional carbon constraints. The balancing energy allocation model under carbon constraints developed in this article can provide a simpler and more efficient energy allocation solution for decision makers.
