摘要

TRA4 is a halotolerant fungus screened from the fermentation wastewater of Cordyceps. The salt tolerance test of potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium showed that TRA4 grew best at 5% NaCl concentration under the same culture conditions. ITS Sequences Analysis shows that TRA4 belongs to the Trametes genus of the Polyporaceae family in the Polyporales order of Agaricomycetes class within the Basidiomycota phylum of Fungi. This paper studied the effects of TRA4 on the growth of wheat under salt stress. The germination rate, biomass, chlorophyll content, soluble protein (SP), superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and cell micronucleus of wheat were measured at 0, 0.6, 0.9, 2, and 3% NaCl concentration. The results showed that TRA4 had positive effects on wheat growth under salt stress. After inoculation with TRA4, the germination rate, biomass, chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity of wheat significantly increased. Both salt stress and TRA4 did not induce micronucleus in cells of the wheat root meristem region. This result indicates that salt stress and TRA4 did not damage wheat genetically. The conclusion of this study is helpful in improving the salt resistance of plants and provides new ideas for improving saline-alkali soil.
