Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Submerged Oil Disposal Technology

There are few achievements in the research of submerged oil disposal technology and there are no clear standards for its application. Therefore, in the disposal of offshore submerged oil incidents, the selection of disposal technologies is a typical comprehensive evaluation problem. This paper establishes a technical index system of submerged oil disposal, including two first-level indexes and elevent second-level indexes. Taking containment technology as an example, the applicability of the containment technology is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The results show that there is a significant difference, i.e. for the same submerged oil incident, the evaluation scores differ by 4 points due to the difference in the key index of whether environmentally sensitive areas are affected. Although both the comprehensive evaluation results of the suitability of containment technology are “good”, the results of evaluation based on the principle of maximum membership degree are “excellent” and “good” respectively.
