Optimization of Hybrid Micro Grid Dispatching Strategy with Variable Load and Multi-energy Supply

AC-DC mix-grid is gradually popularized. To run economically and environmentally sustainable, the AC-DC mix-grid needs to optimize the power dispatching strategy. In this paper, an optimal power dispatching strategy is proposed to reduce the generation cost and emissions in the AC-DC mix-grid under the uncertainty of load and generation. The operation attribute of the AC-DC mix-grid and the uncertainty of load and renewable energy generation are modeled and optimized by using customized power flow technology and a dual-point estimation method respectively. The economic and environmental optimization model of electric power operation is established through the fuzzy membership function. Ultimately, the AC-DC mix-grid system’s optimal outcomes are obtained by employing a combination of particle swarm optimization and fuzzy minimax technique. The results demonstrate that when compared to the droop coefficient based on capacity, this approach yields superior performance. The optimal scheduling can reduce the operating cost by 4.26% and the emissions by 13.91%. In addition, compared with the multi-objective genetic algorithm, the proposed method shows that the optimized solution conforms to Pareto optimality.
