Study on the Transaction Mechanism of Power Purchase Market Under the China Southern Regional Unified Power Market System

With the central government proposing reform requirements such as accelerating the construction of a unified national power market and a unified national power market system, especially the approval of the work plan for the construction of the southern regional power market in China by the national ministries and commissions, it marks that the construction of the southern regional power market has entered a new development stage. At the same time, the National Development and Reform Commission has successively issued power system reform documents such as No. 1439, No. 809, and No. 1047, To accelerate the entry of all industrial and commercial users into the electricity market, there is an urgent need to actively, steadily, standardized and orderly promote the agency power purchase business. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in power grid purchasing, this paper studies the transaction process and mechanism of the power grid purchasing market under the unified power market system in the China southern region, and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the proposed transaction mechanism through numerical example analysis, which can effectively support the construction and operation of the southern regional power market.
