As a response, the international community is pursuing the development of renewable generation (RG) and improvements in energy efficiency (Wang et al. in Nat Commun 11:1–11, 2020;Ding et al. in IEEE Trans Ind Appl 55:2198–2207, 2019;). The integration of electrical and natural gas systems has been increasing due to advancements in power-to-gas (P2G) and micro-gas turbine (MT) technologies.
