Study of \(B\rightarrow K^*_2\ell _1^{\pm }\ell _2^{\mp }\) Decay in U1 Lepto Quark Model
摘要
The recent measurement of Lepton Flavor Universality(LFU) violation in \(b\rightarrow {} sl^{+}l^{-}\) and \(b\rightarrow {} cl^{-}\bar{\nu }\) transition hints towards new physics in both decays [1, 3]. These anomalies furnish signal for flavor-violating decay. This provides motivation to study flavor violating \(B\xrightarrow {}K_2^*l_1^+l_2^-\) decay. The paper focuses to calculate two-fold angular distribution of this flavor violating decay for vector, axial vector, scalar and pseudo-scalar new physics interaction. Later we calculate the upper bound for branching fraction and lepton forward-backward asymmetry in the framework of \(U^{2/3}_1\) vector leptoquark which is an intriguing candidate for B anomalies [4]. The obtained upper bound would enable exploring the possibility of observation of this lepton flavor violating decay(LFV) mode at per with that of \(B\rightarrow {} K_{2}^{*}\mu ^{+}\mu ^{-}\) . The obtained upper limit for \(B\rightarrow {} K_{2}^{*}\tau ^{\pm }\mu ^{\mp }\) in \(U_1\) LQ model of same order as that of \(B\rightarrow {} {K_{2}}^{*} \mu ^{+} \mu ^{-}\) .
