Constructing the Chinese Discourse System of Pedagogy from the Perspective of Great Pedagogy

At present, achievements have been made in the study of the Chinese discourse system of pedagogy. But it fails to be constructed from the perspective of great pedagogy. In the new era, Chinese researchers need to construct this system based on the concept of great pedagogy so that pedagogy can aim at all fields of education, and serve as great pedagogy covering all fields of education, thus creating a unique Chinese discourse of pedagogy in each field of education. At present, to establish this system, we need to tackle the urgent problems including breaking through school education and basic education, the boundary of pedagogy, the Western discourse, and the abstract forms. Under this system, Chinese discourse system of pedagogy needs to be constructed through the following approaches: focusing on the system of lifelong education, highlighting the discipline of great pedagogy, returning to the tradition of Chinese culture, and taking root in the practice of Chinese education.
