Research and Practice on CCUS Process Supporting Technology for Heavy Oil Bottom Water Reservoirs
摘要
The implementation of CCUS measures in heavy oil bottom water reservoirs entering the stage of ultra-high water cut development can effectively improve reservoir recovery, achieve safe carbon storage in geological bodies, promote efficient development of inefficient reservoirs, and promote green and low-carbon development of oil fields. This article focuses on the frequent failure of surface processes, unstable system operation, short pump inspection cycle, low single well production rate, and high energy consumption during low water cut lifting caused by the overall implementation of CCUS measures in the block. Process matching technology research has been conducted, with the ground being reconstructed according to “regional networking and centralized separation”, and the wellbore being matched according to “hydraulic lifting and internal circulation of power fluid”. After on-site practice, The implementation of CCUS measures has significantly improved the adaptability of surface processes in blocks, and significantly enhanced the adaptability of wellbore processes. This technology has high promotion value for matching CCUS processes in similar reservoirs and single wells.
