Geothermal Geological Characteristics and Utilization of Geothermal Resources in Northern Songliao Basin

The geothermal geological characteristics of Northern Songliao Basin has been considered, geotemperature field and thermal reservoir has been studied, which has clarified the influencing factors of geothermal field and heat storage system. The development and utilization modes of different geothermal resources has been analyzed, and the feasibility of different geothermal resources utilization is explored. This study shows: ① The Northern Songliao Basin has good geothermal field characteristics. ② there distributed vertically four three thermal reservoirs, two good regional aquifers of the 1st member of Quantou formation, the 1st member and the 2nd member of Neijiang formation are developed. The top of thermal storage system is dominated by geothermal resources of hydrothermal type, the middle of thermal storage system is dominated by medium-deep geothermal resources, the lower of thermal storage system is dominated by geothermal resource of hot dry rocks type. ③ There are different development and utilization technology. The geothermal recharge technology can effectively develop and utilize geothermal resources of hydrothermal type, the heat extraction without water extraction technology can extract medium-deep geothermal resources. The next step for Daqing Field is to strengthen the development and utilization of geothermal resources, improve the ways of geothermal resources development and utilization and set up demonstration projects, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the geothermal industry.
