Complex oil and gas reservoirs in Jilin oilfield are rich in resources, but their poor taste and high investment in production and construction restrict the efficient exploration and development. Unconventional concepts have been applied in drilling engineering, and supporting technologies for increasing tight gas speed and reducing cost and safe drilling of shale oil have been developed, thus realizing efficient exploration and development of tight gas and shale oil. Aiming at the problems of slow deep drilling speed, high bottomhole temperature, serious shale oil wall collapse and high drilling risk, efficient PDC bit personalized design, “three high and two high” enhanced parameter drilling, water-based drilling fluid resistant to 220 °C high temperature, ultra-warm water mud system resistant to 200 °C, and new wellbore stability drilling fluid materials for shale oil have been formed. Key issues have been addressed to develop rapid tight gas discovery and drilling acceleration technologies that meet geological burial depth and strong reservoir concealability sensitivity, saving 4.2 million yuan per well and building 150 million square meters of production capacity. The key to forming deep and complex volcanic rocks was simplified and simplified to accelerate and reduce costs. The drilling cost of a single well was reduced by 30%, and the benefit utilization of gas bearing areas of 200 billion square meters in Yingtai and Dehui was realized. The drilling technology for long horizontal Wells of shale oil that meets the development of bedding and fractures and is highly sensitive to hydration has been developed. The cost of a single well has been saved by RMB 640,000, and a new production capacity of 250,000 tons has been implemented. The project innovates key technologies such as deep well drilling speed increase, ultra-high temperature drilling and completion fluid, shale oil wall stability, etc. The 5000 m well achieves 100 days of completion and 50% of drilling speed increase, the drilling cycle and cost of tight gas 4000 m well decrease by 30%, the horizontal section of shale oil horizontal well breaks through 2000 m, and some technologies reach domestic and international advanced. A total of 77 Wells have been applied with a total efficiency of 288 million yuan, ensuring efficient exploration and development of complex oil and gas reservoirs such as deep tight gas and shale oil in Jilin oilfield.
