Research on High Single-Conductor and Double-Wells Efficiency Drilling Technology of Nanpu 1-3 Jacket

As a part of the oil field production capacity construction, Nanpu 1-3 jacket is responsible for further development of Nm and Ed1 oil and gas reservoirs in Nanpu 1-3 area. In order to adapt to the environment of low oil price, from the early stage of construction, we are faced with the problem of how to use the least area to drill more wells. Through the introduction of single-conductor and double-wells technology, the arrangement of jacket wellhead is optimized from 3 × 5 to 3 × 3, which reduces the jacket platform area by 40% and improves the efficiency of jacket platform wellheads. Based on the summary of the drilling experience in the early stage of Nanpu 1-3 area, the integrated offshore drilling technology series suitable for Nanpu oilfield is formed by studying the well structure optimization, placeholder drilling tools, anti-collision calculation, batch drilling and other technologies. The field application shows that through the optimization and integration of series of technologies, the efficiency of jacket wellheads is improved by 66.6%, and the drilling cycle is shortened by 40.3% compared with the early stage, which effectively reduces the development cost, and provides a good reference for the development of other small offshore oil fields of the same type.
