Field Test Research on Bit Speed Increase of Risk Exploration Well in Daqing Paleo Central Uplift Zone
摘要
The lithology of deep natural gas reservoir in risk exploration well of Daqing paleo central uplift belt is breccia, granite, rhyolite, phyllite, etc., which has the characteristics of ultra-high hardness, high abrasiveness and strong heterogeneity, resulting in that the PDC cutters are difficult to cut into the rock and damaged severely, low rock breaking efficiency, lower ROP, poor impact resistance, less footage and long drilling cycle. In order to solve these problems, the wear characteristics of deep bit and rock drill-ability are analyzed, and the PDC bit is optimized and designed. PDC bit with non-planar cutters can improve the ability to resist forward impact, solve the problem of cutters and bit failure in heterogeneous formation, and has the characteristics of high wear resistance and friendliness for directional drilling. It can efficiently drill through gravel and granite formation, and significantly improve the ROP. The application of LT zone shows that the ROP and bit footage of deep gas drilling in Daqing paleo central uplift belt are improved, and good experimental results have been achieved.
