Experimental Research on Waste-Pulp Centrifuge in Laboratory
摘要
Laboratory testing is essential for performance verification and design optimization of centrifuges. Dynamic balancing testing, empty load testing, and load testing were done to ensure that the TGLW-363 waste-pulp centrifuge’s separation performance and stability. Among them, the double-sided balancing method was used for dynamic balance testing and correction on the centrifuge drum and screw propeller, and the unbalance amount was less than 2 g. The load testing proved that the noise under 3200 r/min was less than 80 dB, the three-axis vibration was less than 5 mm/s, and the maximum temperature rise of the bearings and differential was less than 20 ℃. The load testing also proved that the maximum processing capacity was 30 m3/h and that the equipment can remove 90% of harmful solid particles in the range of 2-5 μm. The test results show that the relevant indexes of the centrifuge meet the relevant requirements of “SY/T 5612–2018 Drilling Fluid Solid Phase Control Equipment Specification.”
