摘要

In recent years, the exploration and development of Tarim Oilfield has been continuously advancing towards deeper layers, and the depth and tonnage of large-sized casing have continuously broken records. When the load on the slips is too large, the wellhead casing is easily deformed by the extrusion of the slips. At the same time, the casing head pressure test and annular pressure will further increase the risk of casing yield, which seriously affects the integrity of the pipe string. In response to the problem of casing setting tonnage in oilfield, this paper establishes a mechanical analysis model for slip casing hanger based on the specific size and operation process of casing head and casing hanger in the oil field. The model is solved by using finite element method to simulate the stress distribution of the casing body with different tonnage loads under pressure test conditions and annular pressure conditions. By comparing the yield strength of the casing material, the yield situation of the casing under different operating conditions is clarified. This study has formed a technical chart for the setting tonnage of casing in Tarim Oilfield, clarifying the upper limit of the casing setting tonnage in the oilfield, and solving the on-site problem of unfounded control of the casing setting tonnage in Tarim Oilfield. This achievement has been comprehensively extended to front-line drilling and production departments in Tarim Oilfield and applied in production practice, which guarantees the integrity of oil and gas well tubing and provides guidance for on-site operations in the oilfield.
