Difficulties and Countermeasures of Sand Fracturing Technology for Deep Clastic Rock

摘要

Deep clastic rock is rich in oil and gas resources, but the reservoir is extremely deep, high temperature, high pressure, and natural fractures are developed, which brings great difficulties to sand fracturing. Aiming at the problem of difficult sand fracturing in deep clastic rock reservoir, this paper puts forward targeted solutions. By equipping high pressure construction equipment, developing new low-cost weighting fracturing fluid, large diameter pipe string construction, optimizing perforation scheme and safe sand fracturing technology, etc., the wells that could not be constructed in the past have been effectively transformed. Field application of 5 wells and 8 layers has achieved 100% success rate and 100% efficiency. The production of oil testing after fracturing has reached more than twice of that before fracturing. The daily production of natural gas in 2 wells has exceeded one million cubic meters, with significant stimulation effect, greatly expanding the range of well depth for exploration and development, and laying a solid technical foundation for the scale benefit development of deep clastic rock reservoirs.
