Research and Application of Combined Process of Perforation and Fracturing Completion in Deep Gas Well

摘要

The deep natural gas in the middle of Songliao basin is deeply buried as a whole, and the ultra-high temperature, high pressure and high CO2 content of the formation bring serious challenges to the completion and stimulation technology. Conventional post-perforation fracturing and well completion technologies have problems of low operation efficiency and high well control risk, and will also cause secondary pollution to the reservoir. Therefore, considering the whole construction process safety and geological characteristics, the combined process of perforation and fracturing completion is adopted, and the integrated string of gas seal tubing + permanent packer + perforating gun set is used, a single string can realize multiple processes such as perforation, fracturing and completion, and direct completion can shorten the gas testing cycle and cost, reduce the well control risk, and effectively protect the reservoir without killing the well. This technology used in Daqing×× well has been successfully applied, and the new pipe string design and mining technology have provided an effective technical basis for the exploration and development of deep gas wells, with a good prospect of popularization and application.
