摘要

To solve the problem of high friction and high pressure during drilling, and to improve the drilling speed of sliding drilling machinery, this paper researches the mechanism of hydraulic oscillator by using numerical calculation method to study the mutual relationship between pressure pulsation value and valve hole curvature, overflow area and flow rate, and reveals the basic law of pressure pulsation formation; through the study and evaluation of the force analysis of the mathematical model of hydraulic oscillator, it elaborates the oscillation mechanism; In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis, a 178-type hydraulic oscillator was designed and manufactured, and the field test was conducted in a triple-opening well, and it was found that after using the hydraulic oscillator, the sliding drilling stroke drilling speed and the sliding slope creation rate were significantly increased, and it was found that the average stroke drilling speed and the average mechanical drilling speed of the well drilled with the hydraulic oscillator were obviously different, which proves the correctness of the mechanism of the hydraulic oscillator study. The conclusions obtained can provide a design basis and theoretical foundation for the hydraulic oscillator.
