Research and Practice on Sand Control Completion Technology for CO2 Heavy Oil Huff and Puff Sand Production Wells in Bohai Bay Y Oilfield
摘要
In response to the problem of corrosion and sand production environment during the carbon dioxide huff and puff development process of loose sandstone heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai Bay Y Oilfield, which leads to poor production efficiency of conventional sand control completion technology measures, research on sand control completion technology for heavy oil huff and puff sand production wells has been carried out. In the study, based on the sand production situation after different reservoir huff and puff, three types of technologies were studied, including hydraulic sand carrying completion, corrosion-resistant sand prevention completion, and sand control screen pipe secondary completion, forming the sand control completion technology for heavy oil huff and puff sand production wells. The research results indicate that the hydraulic sand carrying completion technology has good applicability in heavy oil stimulation wells with sand content less than 8%; On heavy oil stimulation wells with sand content exceeding 8%, the problem of sand control in CO2 heavy oil stimulation wells has been solved by developing carbon nano coating anti-corrosion screen pipes and forming a corrosion resistant and sand prevention completion process; On heavy oil huff and puff wells that have undergone mechanical sand control completion processes, it is advisable to use the sand control screen tube secondary completion process, which can meet the needs of huff and puff and sand control while saving operating costs; As of December 2022, there have been 13 on-site practical applications, with a success rate of 100% in sand control. The average single well oil increase is 5.1 t, and the cumulative oil increase is 1.2 × 104 t, with good application effect and high promotion and application value.
